The Premierships back and so is the footygeek

14 Aug

Welcome back and now the World Cup is long gone, we’re back to make some profit from those over pampered wannabe’s known as the Premiership.

I been mulling over a few options for the opening weekends fixtures and thought I’d miss out on my opening gambit for the season. However I found the odds I was looking for at Bet365 and so the bet is on.

Going to keep the stakes low for the opening weeks while we get our sea legs on the voyage to footy profit.
My first tip however features everyones relegation favourites, Blackpool.

Wigan v Blackpool

Having had to switch the opening game from home to Wigan, it looks like a chance of opening their Premiership points account with three looks to have diminished. That plus a lack of transfer activity and frustration for Holloway showed a negative outlook. However 5 new faces inside 24 hours refreshed the Seasiders squad and maybe the chances.
However, let me take you into their dressing room pre-match.
Holloway knows that too survive in this league, his team needs beat teams like Wigan and they will be told this from the start. As such, he will send his team out all guns blazing to get a head start on their relegation rivals.

The Asian handicap of +0.5 @ 11/10 is tempting but as a starter going for Blackpool to take the first corner which is available @ 11/8 with Bet365.

1 point – To win first corner – Blackpool @ 11/8 (Bet365)

    Hi mate

I’ve recently had to move my blog and I’ve created a new list of fellow bloggers. I’ve added a link to yours and would be grateful if you could return the favour

    Cheers

PS – the “best” bit isn’t an ego thing, it’s just that I had to come up with a new url thanks to wordpress.com not liking gambling blogs with links to systems 😦
