World Cup 2010 – Day #22 – Brazil v Holland

2 Jul

A few days off for everyone to chill and re-charge the batteries before we enter the last week. Boo hoo!!
Some cracking quarter finals comes up, so let’s get started.

Brazil v Holland

A little gutted that I didn’t have the foresight to book the day off for this one, so gonna have to sneak a peek on my iPhone instead.
Both teams have a similar setup with 2 deep lying defensive midfielders with 4 flair players in from of them.
I think the key here is that for Brazil Ramires is suspended and Melo may not be fit. With Robben fit again, I can see him attacking down Brazil’s left well with only Robinho to stop him.
Holland should press forward as Dunga likes to hold back for starters, so going for a cornet bet as well as both teams to score.
With this looking like a game that can go either way, a small bit on Brazil on penalties also looks good, as the Dutch are as bad at us when it comes to shoot outs.

2 points Both teams to score @ Evens (general)
1 point First corner – Holland @ 5/4 (SkyBet)
0.5 point Brazil to win on penalties @ 11/1 (Boyles)
